Salam to all, hamare school ne students ko Royal Rodale Sports and Recreational complex jaaney ka programme banaya hai, to Royal rodale walo ne jo bill send kiya hai us mein 17% GST lagaya hai to kya hame GST b pay karna parega, aur unho ne jo bill bheja wo sales tax invoice nahi lag raha hai mujhe aisa lag raha hai k computer se print nikal k send kiya hai please help me out.

Thanks but unho ne gst certifcate nahi diya, bus GST # diya!

gst no fbr ki side say verify karo gay to pata chal jay ga kay wo kis category may registered hain agar company nay apko invoice di hay to ap ko pay karna paray ga sales tax invoice software generated hosakti hay us per invoice number arha hoga company ka gst no bhi arha hoga jo us nay ap ko dia hay
noman tum apnay school may billing ka software use kar rhay ho ?

If they give you their Sales Tax no. check it at following link,
http//regsys.fbr.gov.pk/Registration/onlinesearchTaxpayer.aspx
as sales tax is a final tax on consumer you have to pay it.
