Hello Guys!
I am an ACCA student and wanted to join big4 affiliates in Pakistan. I have three more papers to attempt after passing recently attempted papers.
It is harsh to know that many big4 prefer ACCA affilites who have paswed all the papers otherwise you should know somebody who could influence your trainee appointment.
It is quite sad to know that BIG4 are influenced by NEPOTISM in Pakistan and this could severely affect Audit Quality. Some of you might argue that they are subject to great audit quality program but I believe that APPOINTMENTS of incompetent trainees could seriously affect quality of audit and shatter confidence placed by clients.
I need your opinion in terms of YES or NO that appointments on PAWA/safarish affect audit quality.
