Separate Guidelines of Code of Corporate Governance are issued by SECP or the ministry as discussed in syllabus of Corporate Laws module E of ICAP. But i am unable to find that circular from any where. If any body knows about that plzlet me know that from where ICAP has taken the topic in the Syllabus.
