Drawing conclusion should not be the sole objective of all discussions (though not undermining the importance of conclusion). However, as far as my last post is cocerned, a clear conclusion was there. The fact remains there that we do not like to see things which does not conform our own thinking, or feelings is the more appropriate word.
The autonomies some armies are having is primarily not for the internal political affairs of a govt, however, authorities are often missed use, this may not only be the case with Pakistan Army or only with armies.
The issuance of circular you mentioned was not under any pressure from army. It was an attempt by the govt. to curtail the influence of ISI. However, its prompt withdrawl definitely was under ISI's pressure. This is what that gives some clue about differences between our army and present government.
Nontheless, why to talk about differences in opinions when the objective of us all is same.
END MATTERS MORE THAN THE MEANS
