I am facing with a problem [D]. I have three buyers. These three buyers offer me three prices.

1) Levis offers $3
2) Oshkosh offers $4
3) Wranglar offers $2.50

If my production for the upcoming year is about 3000 Pcs and if i want to get total sales revenue as

Total sales revenue = {3000 Pcs*($3+$4+$2.50)/3}

Will it be correct?

My manager says this procedure is wrong[V]. I have to do factoring or conversion? But i did not understand these terms?

I will be glad if any one of you can clarify these terms.

Thank You In Advance. [D]
