Dear all,
I am facing a problem in definition and understanding of "Investment Finance Services" as defined in NBFC Rules, 2003 in following words;
"Investment Finance Services (IFS)" include money market activities, capital market activities,project finance activities, corporate finance services and general services as specified by the Commission by notification in the official Gazette".
Can any senior elaborate the type of activities and services prescribed in the definition.
Is the NBFC license is mandatory to undertake the IFS as per Companies Ordinance and NBFC Rules & Regulations?
