Custom Duty on Import of How Much Value?

Hello my question is guys if I import stitched garments worth $73 through EMS(Pakistan Post) will I have to pay custom duties and sales tax on it. Is there any such limit as in UK that you could import tax free and duty free an item of specific value say $100. I mean I will not be charged any duties or taxes for the items under $100.

If there is any such regulation please let me know quick.

dear you have to pay sales tax and custom duty on import. there is no limit in pakistan import value does not matter in pakistan and so no exemption you can avail in this regards.as for as i know.
