Adjustment of advance tax on utilities bill

dear,

if we pay advance income tax on utilities bill and Imports,how we can adjust this income tax????

2nd our company also pay Income tax on Director remuneration my question is can i adjust this tax against we already pay on utilities bill and imports?????

3rd is it possible we don't deduct income tax from Director remuneration because we pay advance i tax on utilities bill and imports?
