sorry, companies may have heavy loss in the first year also, i.e. that loss may result in negative equity of the company, as far as the question of going concern is concerned, there are so many factors to be considered while evaluating the company's ability to continue as going concern. and I hope those factors need not to be discussed if the topic is being is disussed with you zubair.
