exemption for acca

hi,

i want to know that is it possible that if any one pass1,2,3,4,6,7 papers he will get exmption for acca f2,f3 papers.i heard from someone without passing 5th one u get the exemption nd moreover is it good to complete cat first or transfer before acca!
