Job description
- This role is within one of their hotel holdings - You will sit with the General Manager and be completely responsible for all financial and management reporting and a staff of 3 - You will also liaise with the company's outside accountants, lawyers and bankers - This is an extremely commercially oriented role as you will be the right hand and help make business decisions from a financial perspective - As the company grows there will be definite opportunity for you to take on larger roles within the group or potentially go into an operations or general management position - The benefits are some of the most unique I've ever seen including - Car parking, phone, free dry cleaning, a couple free meals per week, $2 coffees, discounts on food, health care plan, discounts for hotels and tourism perks and concert tickets -
Candidate requirements
Reporting to the group finance manager with a dotted line to the GM you will be CA qualified with a strong financial background but not too technical - You will have good commercial nouse, be able to make decisions quickly, have superb communication and an outgoing personality - To be successful in this role you must have an eligible visa to work in New Zealand or be a New Zealand resident.
