from CA foundation to other qualification

my name is Saad Meh****
i am doing CA (currently doing A and B together )
the problem is that my family is planning to move to Dubai
so is it possible for me to do CA from there
if i wanna shift to the UK qualification i.e ICAEW
which path should i follow and are there any exemptions
available to me being cleared CA foundation exams
