Salaam

Here is the situation

A person has been given a cash/bearer cheque by his friend, but before he cash it, his friend blocked the cheque.

Does his friend act come in the purview of bouncing the cheque?
What legal actions the person have to get his payment?

Anyone who is aware of law relating to bouncing of cheque or who knows about legal implications of this situation is urged to suggest the solution for this bluff.

Best Regards.
