plz can you define the term "CONDITION".
plz tell me about the "condition execiting at b/s date".

Dear Freind;
Condition is not a prescribed word, its meaning is as it is mentioned in any english dictionary.
Condition existing at b/s date is described in the scenario of judging whether to recognise a liability or not.
