Help me about 2.1

[ACCA-wannabe]

I have problems with 2.1 as in i dont really know how to answer the questions given. Can anyone please share with me their tips of studying 2.1 and tips to answer 2.1 questions? What are the examiners looking for in the answer scripts? And does anyone have suggestions about any books i should read up on?
