House Rent in Salary

Dear All,
Plz guide me, if I am giving House Rent in the salary package then on what percentage I will calculate House Rent. It will be calculated on 30% of basic or 40 % of basic?????

Zyada say zayada 45% basic salary ka.

Choty shahron may chunky rent itna zayada nahi hota hay is waja say choty sharon may House Rent 30% admissible hota hay,,,,,

agar aap kisi choty city may hay or jahan House Rent 30% admissible hay to aap zayada say zayada 30% of basic pay house rent day saykty han,,

bary shahron may zayada say zayada 45% House Rent diya ja sakta hay,,,
