How to improve finance skills?

i have done mba(it) and in much trouble in building my career in finance coz employers said that i have no specialization in finance. I asked many ppl to guide me so that i can improve my studies regarding finance but no one knows the way to help me out.

now with hope i send my problem to this forum that someone may help me in such confusing situation. plz give me any suggestion to improve mu studies in finance.
