lap top aur info consultant bhai min apne tax advisor k pass gaya to wo keh rahe hai k last time tacher rabte 50% hi tha, mere samajh nai araha hai mein kya kara, jb k main online annual employer statement jama kara raha tha to wo automatic 75% rebate le raha tha, ab ya to lawyer jhut bol rahe hain ya to fbr ki online return, aap log plz help karen k kya waqai mein rebate 75% tha, aur plz last year k teacher rebate ka section b dekha dain.

The answer to your query may be YES or NO depending upon, whether lab assistant satisfies the following conditions

1. Teacher
2. Full time employee
3. School in which s/he works is duly recognized by Board of education

If there is yes for all of the above then Full time teacher rebate can be claimed.

Arguments for "NO" are

Usually Lab assistant is not employed to TEACH but to assist teacher in carrying out their duties as teacher. Therefore whether LAB ASSISTANT can be treated as Teacher should be decided on the facts and circumstances of the case.

If it satisfies the first condition being teacher then the next one is FULL TIME. Usually Lab Assistant is not a full time employee as s/he can manage to provide her/his services without being there for full time for only organization i.e. Part time Job is common.

Now the last one is recognition of the School by any Board of Education. This is simple and can be vouched even from common documents like letter head of the School or Name print etc.

JI bilkul in hazrat ko 75% rebate mily ga.

Agar wo ik teacher ki ahliyat rakhty han, missal k tor par 1 teacher agar headmaster banta hay to us ka cadre teacher hi rahta hay, usy rebate mily ga, par agar 1 lab assistant ko headmaster bana diya jaye to usy rebate nahi mil sakta kyon k us ka cadre lab assistant ka hi ho ga.
