Who says that State Bank ranks the CA firms? The list which you provided is in alphabetical order!!!! Only ICAP carries QUALITY CONTROL REVIEW and then they provide list of firms having good quality control. Even ICAP does not rank the firm, then how can state bank ranks???? Brother there is no such ranking of firms by state bank....so be kind plzzz
