Inclusion of new audit standards in tests

Those standards which will effective from dec 31, 2006, will they be tested in spring 2007 attempt?

If those standards are adopted by ICAP and published before six months from examination, then they will be tested...
but if they are adopted and published within six months from exam, they will not be tested...
