What is difference between income tax ordinance 2001 and income tax rules 2002, and where each one apply,

Dear.

Income TAx ordinance 1979 was replaced by Income Tax Ordinance 2001 w.e.f 2002 while Income Tax rules are general guidlines to be followed by all with regard to ITO 2001.

Income Tax rules are formed under the ITO and explain laws as well as contains form and certificates which should be filled or issued under ITO,01.
