Fourth schedule does not have any material difference with IFRSs. It only provides certain additional disclosures.

As far as "recognition" and "measurement" is concerned Fourth schedule has no difference or additional requirement at all.

Just to add; in Pakistan all IFRSs have been adopted and implemented (as per effective dates mentioned in respective standards) EXCEPT one that is IFRS-1.

IFRS 1 is under consideration for certain reasons and will also be adopted in due course.
