Its a big news. Can one do ICAEW's CA training in PAK as well ? IF NO THEN WHATS THE PURPOSE OF STUDYING THERE?

PLEASE CONFIRM, if so then many ACCAs can get seven exemptions out of total ten ICAEW papers. later after writing three final level papers one can become ACA (UK) and ACA (PK) as well.
