Hello,is ppt is must for all those students who want to do CA? And which one is the best institute in Islamabad for CA and when program will start?

PPT[Pre-Entry Proficiency Test] is their[ICAP's] entry test
and PAC and SKANS

Students who have more than 60 percent marks in intermediate or 1st division in graduation are exempted from PPT.they can directly enter into CA.
