Job during thesis

now i want to ask that is it better to try 4 a job in last smester of mba that is thesis smester or try to contect placement office during thesis or one may start to look 4 a job after mba.
plus what kind of organizaions are better for aplying at that time some body says NGOS are better what u think of it.

Never ever work in an NGO plz.I have some friends working in NGO's and they are stuck there now I mean now they only have one option to work and that is NGO 1 of my friends have done MBA in finance and he is earning like 20,000 per month but he says that working in NGO is not a career.I have worked in an NGO for few months but its not worth it.U should try to go for some financial institutions.
