Hey have anybody read the President communication 11 on ICAP website?

ya I have read the president communication,and at time I have become shocked.

I think now ICAP want to increase its students or we can say its members which effects the demand and supply of CA's.When supply increases,automatically its demand decreases and I think now it is going to be with CA's also like MBA's have.CA should be passed only by prospectus students,not any Tom Dick and Harry.So,ICAP should review its new polices which are gong to be implemented soon.
