Jab jaiz niyyat hoti hai koi kaam karne ki, to raasta khud hi nikal ata hai.

in my point of view

there is a will.... when a man makes his will....he says to his family 'there is a will, take it and put it in a safe place

there is a way.... after having a will they (family) say 'there is a way' and now getlost from here we dont need you any more
