MEF or MPA?? Need your Quick Advice

I wan to know your valuable advices and opinions regarding the following questions.
1.Which one has a more wider scope, Masters in Economics and Finance or Masters in Public Administration(KU)??
2.What are the career options for an MEF degree holder other than of BANKING SECTOR???
3.Which one of the above is more difficult to do????
