Dividend Payment Period for Unlisted co.

can any one tell me the dividend payment period for unlisted co. and circular/SRO No.
As it is removed from ordinance.

Dear bro.
This amendment has been made through Finance Act, 2008 which states that
u/s 250 (1) "within such time as the Commission
may, from time to time, by notification in the official Gazette, specify".
Further there is no new notification regarding the time period.
So no section, SRO or notification,etc reference is available.

As per secretarial practices, it should be the previous time until the new period is mentioned by the Commission.

Chohan you are right but it is section 251 of CO,1984 (not section 250) which lays down the time period for the payment of dividend decleared.
