Need help in Career

Hi I have done MBA(Finance). I have shifted to Lahore due to my parents.
Can anygood person tell me how can I start my career in finance here.
R the companies willing to hire fresh MBAs. Or where should I start so can I get some experience Or should I get some other qualification like then start career. . I am interested in bank jobs or finicial analysis. Help & suggestions are most wellcome.
