Need Help W.H Tax Adjustment to reduce salary tax

I need your help that how can i adjust all with holding tax detucted by source ( W.H Tax on Utilities , Mobile Bill & from other source)in my monthly salary tax.
e.g i paid Rs.11,607 tax per month on Rs. 105,518 monthly salary as per salary tax shedule( table)
but one of my office fellow paying almost half tax then me due to W.H Tax adjustment

please help me

hi dear you can adjust you i tax against you paid s.tax recoverable on telephone,sui gas bil, electricty ok, but one thing dear bill must be on you name,ok

for this adjusments you must be give the prove i mean bills,in this way you can adjuste the i tax dear,

Salaried person na to electricty bill par diye gay Income Tax ko adjust kar sakta hay or na to sui gas k bill par,,,

sirf telephone or mobile bil par diya gya Income tax Adjest kar skta hay,,,connection us k naam par hon.

Bank say cash nikalwany ki sorat may jo Income Tax katta hay wo adjest kar sakta hay,,,

or new gari purchase karty wakat ya gari ka har sal jo tax jama karwata hay us wakat jo income tax katta hay wo adjest kar sakta hay, par gari private use ki honi chaye.

yaar ap ka jawab bara acha laga aik baat batao k ager mai salry ki maad mai apna IT daita hun tu us ko hum kin kin tax aur kin kin cheezo say adjust karsaktay hai aur kiya procedures hoga plz IT return k baray mai bhi bata daina .
ager hamari company buses khareedti hai loan laikar tum year one mai kiya kiya tax bacha saktay hai aur pakistan mai Tax depriciation rate kiya hai plz reply me fast

Every employer, while deducting income tax payable on the income chargeable under the head âSalaryâ of its employees, is allowed under the provisions of Section 149 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 to make such adjustments, as may be necessary, for any excess deduction or deficiency arising out of any previous deduction or failure to make deduction during the Tax Year.
2. A salaried person at times is also liable to withholding tax as bank account holder (S-231A), Purchase of a motor vehicle (S-231B), Tax on motor vehicle (S-234), subscriber of telephone (including mobile phone) (S236) of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001, in addition to the tax deduction on salary income u/s 149 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001. The tax so collected/deducted in certain situations exceeds the actual tax payable by such a salaried person, entitling him to a refund.

3. For facilitating salaried taxpayers having income exclusively from salary, the employer in order to work out the tax liability of the employee under section 149 of the Ordinance, is also allowed to make adjustment of the income tax payments by such salaried persons under section 231A, 231B, 234 and 236 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 during a tax year. Such salaried taxpayer, is entitled to credit of such tax payment only if he is the owner of the bank account, motor vehicle or subscriber of telephone in his own name, as the case may be. The employer shall obtain the evidence of payment of the aforesaid tax by the employee, before allowing adjustment for such payments claimed by the employee. The evidence shall be retained by the employer for production before the tax authorities when required by them.

(II) TAX CREDITS ON,-
(a) donations to approved NPOs (section 61);
(b) investment in shares (section 62);
(c) contribution to approved pension funds (section 63); and
(d) profit on debt paid in respect of housing loans etc. (section 64).

one thing dear electricity bil per i tax ota accourding to you is ka against am adjust nhi kar sukty but i think is ka against adjust kar sukty ha,

is ka ilava hum jub imports karty ha us waqat i tax pay karty ha at the import is ka against be hum adjust kar sukty ha,

may to samjha tha k yahan salary par Income Tax k sath jo adjestment hopti hayn un k bary may pocha gya hay,,,,

Electric k bill par jo income tax advance may jata hay usy aap normal business income ho to adjest kar sakty han,,,, par salary k sath nahi kar sakty, kyon k ye income tax sirf commercial metter par hi charge hota hay.....

aap nay imports ka zikar kiya,,,, han agr ap ki normal business income hay to ye adjustable ho ga,,,,,,,,

ik baaz zahan may rakhny ki hay k agar app return of income U/S114 jama karwa rahy hayn to aap adjestment kar sakty han ,, par agar aap statment of finel tax U/S 115 jama karwa rahay hayn to koi tax adjestable nahi hota.
