salams Senior.
actually Business management is the only paper from the entire list of CA papers which ALhumdullilah i took my 3 attempt
first attempt was so so as normally in e first attempt one does not have much time to study
however in 2nd attempt i worked alot and studied way ahead of exam leave i also knew the page and side of the topic whether its on left upper or bottam right i had so much grip
my paper went awesome i was too confident about passing paper i said to my friend after paper " ab tu kise ka baap bhe nahen rok sakta"
i again got refer in Bm now it was my f attempt and i was about to attempt 5 papers so i gave an ignore to BM paper and didnt sudied at all max u can say i saw book for just 20 minutes and was not even m sure night before bm paper whether i vll give it or not as i had BFD paper in the evening and tax paper next day evening was too tired but my mom came into my room in d morning and said go getup and give the bm paper unprepared who knows u may pass...i just got up half heartedly and went for the paper..
in paper i was a new person..with BFD and tax and no BM stuff in my mind in every question i wrote we do financial analysis (which we study in BFD) like cash flows analysis,Net present value, sensitivity analysis and IRR technique and i wrote naturally if the same quesiton is asked by a friend during discussion paper went well i didnt write a single word from book as i didnt rememberd that...
what ever when result came i Alhumdullilah by the GRACE OF ALMIGHTY ALLAH AND DUAS OF MY MOTHER passed the paper...
thats it...
best of luck

I have always told everyone that it wont do you any good if you go and reproduce the book in BM paper, examiner is not testing your rata there, it is your understanding of business management which is being tested. Use your common sense and your experience of working in different organizations (during audits), all in all you have to use your imagination fair bit and make sure that English is grammatically correct.
well..i passed BM two times...first time i passed it but failed in other subjects....and second time i passed it again..
Nauman is absolutely right...book is just to familiarize you with the terms and overall concept of the subjects.....both the times i passed...i didn't study it..max one day or two before the exams...and NEVER REPRODUCE whats in the book...u have to use your general common sense and some of the vocabulary used in the book thats it..........if u focus too much on the book...what happens is...whatever is asked...you end up reproducing something out of the book...which the examiner can easily recognise and fail you right then n there...

nope Alhumdullilah I cleared my module E in first attempt. I am from A levels background so was never a fan of rote learning and tried to avoid it throughout CA. Allah ka karam hai ke have not struggled in theory paper.
