Yes ACCA is a prestigious degree. There are alot of fields for accountants . If you want to be management oriented then opt for CIMA or if you want to diverted more towards finance then opt for CFA. While if you want to concentrate on both of them and also auditing and taxation then opt for ACCA. I am also an ACCA qualified and right now i am looking forward for further studies. The values of ACCA in front of CA's from ENGLAND is same as the value of ICMA's in front of CA's in PAKISTAN.

No its not neccassary you can do your articleship after ACCA. Or even this job which you are engaged in right now can be considered as your article ship for ACCA. For ACCA its absolutely not neccasary to work in a chartered accountant firm as it is for CA. In ACCA you can opt for articleship during or after the completion of the degree. Ur job will also be considered so dont worry.

No its market its queit built up. There is a huge demand for ACCA's in middle east. When it comes to discrimination then its only a rumour as many people beleive that CA worths more than ACCA . The syllabes pattern of ACCA is almost the same as CA. While ACCA is internationally recognized while ICAP's CA is only recognized in Pakistan. Probably a huge difference.

Its not so that difficult. I am planning to complete my ACCA articleship in UK and i have already been offered a stipedent of 1500 pounds and i think its enough for me as a starter. It will increase as time passes on. The worth of ACCA in UK is great . In Uk they literaly grab ACCA's. The article ship required for ACCA is only 3 years. Whats your opinion looking forward for ur reply.

You can start a respectful job after attempting the papers up to 2.4
Now whats your opinion.
