my question is about the meeting of board of directors can adjourn? if yes then plz tell me the valid reference of the section and book, the book i m consulting is companies ordinance 1984, 2007 and 2004 edition and i m unable to find the answer. i hav found the answer of annual general meeting but i m searching for the meeting of board of directors. plz reply as soon as possible
