It is not clear whether you have purchase this home in Pakistan or in USA.
Further what do you mean by deducting?
In Pakistan, there is no such provision as to deduct these expenses from the income of a taxpayer. Prior to Tax Year 2007, certain expenses were allowable as deduction from the RENT INCOME if the property was let out, but that has been done away with.
