We bought a home during 2006. I'm wondering if we can deduct
1) landscaping materials and home improvement supplies like fencing?
2) furnishings & maintenance tools like refridgerator, table and chairs, and riding lawnmower?
3) home maintenance costs like servicing for our heater and our electric, heater air filters, pest control services, etc.?
