Mujhe ek notice mila hai Tax Monitoring year 2008. jis mein ek document ki demand ki gai hai wo-

Reconcilation of the amounts in annual statements with the amounts mentioned in audited accounts as per rule (44)4 of income tax rules.

1. Kia yeh tax consultant prepare kerta hai?
2. Ager nahi to kis tarah se prepare kerna hoga?

Meray Khayal may aap nay rule ghalat likha hay.Income Tax ka jo rule banta hay woh rule 44(1) ya 44(2) hay.

Beharhaal ab aap ko karna yeh hay k aap nay Tax Year-2008 k period may jitni Income Tax ki statement jama karwai hain is ki support may Income Tax Challan tayyar kar ka reconcile kar lain aur isi hisab se ledger bhi maintain karlain.

Bus Khayal rahay k figure wahi honi chahiye jo statement aap nay jama karwai hay RTO may.Misal k tour pay
1.Salary k Challan u/s 149
2.Supplies & Services k Challan u/s 153
3.Challan against Import of Goods u/s 148
4.Income Tax value in monthly Electric Bills u/s 235
5.Mobile & Telephone bill u/s 236

Agar aap ki Company ka Tax Jama hua hay to Statement with supporting Challan & documents subnit karain batay gay address.

Aur agar aap nay as a withholding agent kisi ka Tax Deduct kiya hay tou is ki statement with Challan.for example Staff Salaries Tax u/s 149 & Partiyon k payment karaty hua jo Tax kata aur jama karwaya u/s 153 is ki statement with supporting challan.

Actually i had received from FBR with section 44(4), may be it would mistaken by FBR.
