Section 14 to section 41 (along with necessary forms issued under Companies forms rules 1985) mainly deal with incorporation of companies and relevant procedures. Read it and you will need nothing to ask.
Simply speaking, you at the outset has to write to the Companies Registration office for availability of name along with paid challan of Rs 200 (name which you want to use for ur company).
You will have to get your memorandum and articles (specific for private limited companies) printed interalia mentioning therein authorized/nominal capital, names of the sponsors of the company, paid up capital and the number of shares and amount of capital subscribed by each sponsor.
Upon confirmation of name, you will submit memorandum/article of association along with required fee under sixth schedule of CO84 (which depends upon the amount of authorized/nominal capital)along with certain other undertakings and couments that may be required by companies registration office.
The companies registration office will issue you the certificate of incorporation.
