Dear Members,
Kindly let me know that SED on items, bleongs to Third schedule of sales tax, be calculated on retail price or whole sale cash price, since SRO num 655/2007 says that SED will be calculated on value, which tells that subsection 1 of Sec 12 should be reffred not subsection 4 of Sec 12.
Kinldy guide me in this regard
