Dear Members
My question is whether senior citizens are exempted for tax deducted from his salary by employer.
e.g if a person's age above 60 year and getting salary Rs.120,000/- per month.

Where the taxable income, in a tax year, of a taxpayer aged 60
years or more on the first day of that tax year does not exceed seven hundred fifty thousand rupees, his tax liability on such income shall be reduced by 50%.

Senior Citizen rebat layny k liye 2 condition par pora utarna zarori hay.

1) K us ki age 60 sal ya us say zayada ho.
2) K us ki annual income 750,000/= say zayada na ho.

Agar wo in sharait par pora utarta hay to wo shaks 50% apni Tax liability reduce kar sakta hay
