Should ICAP consider and revise the stipend for the trainee studets?
if you think this should be, why? and if not, why? Further the condition- pass and get benefit, should also be withdrawn and there should be an increase in stipend at an appropriate time during the article life of a student....... we start right now.....

yaar asal main ICAP main wohi buzurg hastian baithee hui hain woh nahin chahain gee ke un ki apni cost increase ho iss liye ye stipend ka masla latakta rahe ga
aap ne acha kiya ke ye topic start kar liya jiss jiss ne dil ki bharas niklni hai nikal le lekin at the end wohi haal ho ga ke larke 2 hours larkion ke bare main batain kar ke kehte hain chado jee a te kum hi sahi nahin

Every tainee will say "yes stipend should be increased" (not revised)<img src=icon_smile.gif border=0 align=middle> but in my opinion there is no benefit to discuss such kind of topic in the forum, this matter should be raised by CASA in front of ICAP.

Well the purpose to raise this issue is just to know whether the ICAP student think that the stipend should coincide with the market conditions e.g. in karachi, cost of living is high but cloths are little bit cheap, in lahore, cost of living as well as food is sastee, and remember most of the students of ICAP doing their training reside outside their city and they normally depend on their family to support them, that was one of the reasons to raise this issue. additionally, there is a need to know what bullets should be considered while discussing this issue, i have raised one, rest for you all.......................... <img src=icon_smile.gif border=0 align=middle>

Well, varying rate for different catgs
ranging from 2250(min for 5 years trainee students) to 5000 (for qualified students)
