Starting salaries at Big-4 in Pakistan with a CPA?

Hi there. I've completed my grad and undergrad degrees at reputable universities in the US and am all set to take my CPA. I want to return to Pakistan and work for a prestigious big-4 firm, I was just curious what the starting salaries are, and how the pay packages are structured with the usual career progression.
