I want to inquire that when an ACCA student register to receive student accountant direct by e-mail do they still continue to receive it in regular post. I mean in hard copy. Please supply sufficient answer to satisfy my curiosity. I shall be very thankful to you.

Yeah.
you will receive hard copy even if you are registered to receive the e-version.

dont count on it. although one should get a hard copy of student accountant but these days due to high number of ACCA students the copy is ususlly lost in mail.
