If you mean toughness of education by using the word "Study Levels", again it depends on country i.e. where you reside.
Within the context of Pakistan, CIMA, as compare to ICMA and ICAP is easier accordingly its worth in pakistan is lower as compare to ICMAP and ICAP.
As far as ICAP and ICMAP is concerned, both requires much efforts for students to get in through, as far as i evaluated. However some members of ICMAP claim that CMA is tougher than CA in some aspects and members of ICAP claim contrary.
So the field of interest should always be taken into account while decision is to be taken with regard to acquisition of qualification.
