Yeah I read that topic, but that rarely happens.. even tho these firms dont want to pay for our expenses.. they rarely would issue a side amended non - expenses contract aswell..
And regarding the matter of sticking with them for 3 years.. Correct me if I'm wrong ... but as far as i know they issue contracts for training that last for 3 years.. so sticking with them is more of a legal obligation not an incentive. By 3 years you mean 4 years in total right?
