Withholding tax Deduction ( Payments & Services)

Dear forum fellows.

plz let me know withholding tax deductions rates on payments against goods and services. also tell me about minumum payment exempted from tax deduction on goods and services respectively.

IF MR A MAKES PAYMEBNT TO MR. B OF RS 10,000 AGAINST GOODS AND THEN MAKE FURTHER PAYMENT OF RS. 30,000 TO THE SAME PERSON, HOW MUCH TAX WILL BE DUDUCTED?

Supplies of Goods par 3.5%
Services par 6%
Transport services par 2%

Supplies agar 25000 say zayada ki han to is amount par 3.5% withheld ho ga

Services agar 10000 say zayada hon to 6% ya 2% withheld ho ga..

han agar ik supplier aap ko tax year may 10000 ki sullies dayta hay phir 100000 ki dayta hay or tesry mahiny phir 10000 ki dayta hay ab chouky us ka total pory tax year may 25000 say zayada ho gya hay to ab aap total amount par yani 30000 par 3.5% withheld karyn gay.

I have no exposure to Income tax and sales tax laws.

Can anybody let me know how to learn and practice e filing of Income tax ( withholding tax, salary sections know hows)returns and sales tax ( input & output calculations, adjustments) and filing of return.


I will be extremely thankful for this help.
