what is the worth/future of certified financial consultant (CFC)USA in pakistan ?

None on its own. Although I know a few people who got reciprocal membership on the bases of CA inter/foundation/P1 of CFC and got eligibility to appear in CIA.

What does seem strange is for them to be registered in Canada and operating out of the US, or is it the other way around !!
