<br />Assalamoalaikum Warahmatullah-e-Wabarakatuhu,
Can some one please tell me if Schweser notes for CFA Level 1 2009 are enough for the preparation or do i need to look into some other books as well?

Certainly this is a tendency of the respected members of this forum to engage in long battles over edge of one qualification over another, rather than to contribute towards something more fruitful.
Coming back to your question, certainly Scheweser notes are good enough to pass CFA level 1. Along with Scheweser notes i will recommend you to purchase Scheweset Q bank , it is also very necassary for practice. For any further query just post.

CFAACCA, Perhaps its the wrong forum to put up these questions, this is after all an accountancy forum and there are not many people here pursuing CFA, I feel most of these questions are easy to 'google' of course you have still got the right to post here and ask all sort of questions.
Some members do not visit the forum 5 times a day or for that matter daily, perhaps on the weekends, ever care to think that ?
