Yes you can attempt the papers of 1.1 and 1.2 in CBE format while 1.3 can only be attempted in Manual format ie in June and December. I know about SKANS because although I am an Indian I have my many friends living in Pakistan doing ACCA from SKANS. As i am A muslim.
The state of chartered accountancy in India is not that good inspite of some great writers like Shukla and Gupta. So i thought that its worth while to do ACCA.
