No problem dear; that word "know" was not incorrect because of something "deep" in the concept and understanding on the issue in hand that at this stage may not be appropriate to conclude.

The word "feel" was used to make you understand by enlarging the image of the sentence and it really worked.

I don't take these things offensive as I myself am not perfect.
